Armani Beach Residences

Armani Beach Residences is a 9-storey residential complex on the outer crescent of the iconic artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. Due to their favourable location, the residences offer panoramic views of the crystal waters of the bay, Dubai Harbour, Dubai Marina and the legendary landmarks of Dubai – Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa. The project was developed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who sought to emphasize the unity of architecture and natural landscapes.

Armani Beach Residences is a 16-minute drive from Dubai Marina and a 26-minute drive from Downtown Dubai. It takes 22 minutes to reach Business Bay and 24 minutes to Jumeirah Beach. Dubai International Airport is a half hour drive and Al Maktoum International Airport is a 40-minute drive away.
